Delete your HaaDai account and data

You can permanently delete your account in the HaaDai app or on this website. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete on the website

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to the Delete account section at the bottom of the account page.
3. Enter your current password and confirm deletion.

Delete in the iOS or Android app

Open the Account tab, choose Delete account, enter your current password, and confirm.

Data that is deleted

Your account, contact details, listings, photos, favorites, and messages linked to the account are removed from active systems. Existing login tokens stop working immediately. Limited security or server logs may be retained temporarily or for as long as required by law.

Need help?

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@haadai.com. Never send a password or one-time code.
